In direct competition with Apple's iPhone and Android smartphones, RIM made the announcement Wednesday, August 3 at an event held in London. The manufacturer also took the opportunity to announce two new models of the Bold (9900 and 9930), his work phone star.
(Paris - Relax news) - The Canadian manufacturer RIM continues its offensive on the consumer market for smartphones with the announcement of three new versions of the Torch, model Touch launched last year. Referenced under the registration numbers 9850, 9860 and 9810, they operate under 7 BlackBerry, a new operating system brand supposed to be 40% faster than the previous version.
Fully touch, models 9850 and 9860 share a high definition display of 3.7 inches, a 5-megapixel photo sensor and 4 GB of internal memory. With more of a sliding keyboard introduced with the 9800 model, the 9810 offer, however, a smaller screen (3.2 inches) but 8 GB of internal memory. The three terminals will operate with a processor running at 1.2 GHz and 768 MB of RAM.
