Samsung star superb Wifi configure

configure WIFI
have wireless network there.I tried to configure the wifi in star superb but it didnt work.I also tried some configuration on websites but their is error when i start browsing,
error-DNS failed and some time can no take request failed
Can you solve this problem or can you tell me how to configure WIFI
Our wireless configuration are
Proxy server adress-172.16.0.1
Port-3128
