Prepaid customers: SMS ACT VL to 144 (toll free)

User Name – leave Blank
Password – leave Blank
Proxy – Enabled/yes
Access Point Name – portalnmms
Proxy – Enabled/yes.

Proxy and Server Port – 9401 or 8080
